Early Childhood and Preschool
Kindergarten Enrollment
STEP 1 - Start the process online

STEP 2 - Complete the process at District Center
Bring the following three required documents with you to the Centralized Enrollment Center at District Center:
- Verification of birth date (examples include child's original birth certificate or religious, hospital, or physician certificate showing date of birth)
- Proof of address (examples include driver's license, utility bill, rental or purchase agreement)
- Immunization records (see immunization requirements here)
Copies will be made of each document and the original given back to you. Enrollment will not be complete until the district has received copies of the above documents.
The following special forms may be completed as applicable:

Intra-District Transfer
Resident students of White Bear Lake Schools may apply to attend a school that is outside their elementary school's attendance boundaries, yet still within the school district through what is called an Intra-District Transfer.
Complete the steps below to apply for an Intra-District Transfer
Step 1 - Complete the Intra-District Transfer Form
Complete the Intra District Transfer form.
Step 2 - Submit the Intra-District Transfer Form
Please return the completed Intra-District Transfer Form to Priscila Rockwood through one of the following ways:

Please note, Intra-District Transfers are approved on a space-available basis. If the Intra-District Transfer is approved, district transportation is not provided. Once a transfer is approved, if you will receive a letter in the mail stating it has been approved.
