Free or Reduced-Price School Meals
Beginning July 1st, 2023, as part of the Minnesota’s Free School Meals Program, all White Bear Lake Area Schools students will have one breakfast and one lunch available free of charge, each day at school.
The Educational Benefits Application can be completed through the SchoolCafe. You can also find paper applications at your students school, the District Center or you can request an application be mailed to you.

Meals on Wheels of Ramsey County- Home delivered meal program
Our publicly funded Meals on Wheels Program is designed to serve older adults and people living with disabilities who meet eligibility guidelines for free or low-cost meals.
Additionally, we offer a private-pay Meals on Wheels program that is open to adults of any age who would like home-delivered meals and are able to pay privately for the cost of the meals. Meals through the private-pay program are $9.65 per meal. Meal delivery options are available Monday-Friday. Weekend meals can also be ordered. Weekend meals are delivered frozen on Thursdays.

Today’s Harvest is a free market that provides fresh produce, meat, dairy, and bakery items we rescue each day from local grocery stores, farms, and other partners.

Free text messaging program that supports parents and caregivers of children birth to 18 years of age. Parents and caregivers are invited to sign up to receive two text messages a week throughout the school year on topics of health and nutrition, developmental affirmations, parenting and school engagement, mental health and well-being and financial capability. These text messages are designed to support you and your family as you are faced with making many and varied daily parenting decisions. You can choose to receive messages in English or Spanish. This program is free, but be aware some fees may apply depending on your cellphone service provider.
