A Life in Practice (612-405-5220): Rebeka, founder of the organization, is a healing justice practitioner, filmmaker and teacher. She offers individual and group life coaching, workshops, free online yoga and meditation, virtual individual healing sessions on a suggested donation basis and youth-specific YouTube playlists that encourage wellness of the mind, body and spirit.
Healing Within (651-490-3347): Healing Within Wellness Center is committed to creating an environment where each person feels respected and accepted while offering opportunities for learning, healing, contributing and receiving from one another. BIPOC practitioners offer racial healing workshops throughout the year.
612 Jungle (612-615-8614): Yoga set to hip-hop music. Donation-based virtual classes and outdoor classes are available.
Holistic Heaux: Offers holistic health consultations on a sliding fee scale and guidance on how vitamins, nutrients and foods can support healing.
She Heals Noojimo Noojimo'iwe (612-401-9219): Renee, founder of the practice, is an Indigenous holistic healing practitioner, community cultural healer, teacher and circle keeper. She specializes in bodywork, energy healing, Healing Touch, Usui Reiki, myofascial release, hands-on healing and Indigenous healing.
She is an experienced facilitator of community and self-healing ceremonies and teaches Usui Reiki and hands-on self-care techniques designed to reconnect people with the healer within.
"I have a special interest and share a deep connection with those who have experienced trauma, and I have additional training specific to helping others move out of trauma and into resilience."
Neon Soul (952-212-9727): Offers bodywork, energy work, massage and food justice services. Prioritizes appointments for BIPOC individuals and offers sliding-scale services.

RECLAIM (612-235-6743): Provides mental health support for LGBTQIA+ youth ages 12-26.
Root Crown Healing (612-351-0108): Offers race-based trauma therapy for adults age 18 and older, as well as art therapy, Reiki and healing yoga.

Free or Reduced-Price School Meals
As part of Minnesota’s Free School Meals Program, all White Bear Lake Area Schools students will have one breakfast and one lunch available free of charge each day at school.
The Educational Benefits Application can be completed through SchoolCafe. You can also find paper applications at your student’s school or the District Center, or you can request that an application be mailed to you.

- Meals on Wheels of Ramsey County — Home-delivered meal program. Our publicly funded Meals on Wheels program is designed to serve older adults and people living with disabilities who meet eligibility guidelines for free or low-cost meals.
Additionally, we offer a private-pay Meals on Wheels program that is open to adults of any age who would like home-delivered meals and are able to pay privately for the cost of the meals. Meals through the private-pay program are $9.65 per meal. Meal delivery is available Monday through Friday. Weekend meals can also be ordered. Weekend meals are delivered frozen on Thursdays.
