July 10 is White Bear Lake Area Schools Spirit Night. Fourth Street will be filled with district booths and activities. Wear orange and join us at 6:30 p.m. for a scheduled “Orange Out” photo!

The 2024 graduation rate at White Bear Lake Area High School* is 96.5%, topping the state rate by 12.3 percentage points and up three percentage points from last year, in data released today by the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).

District data, which includes students from WBLAHS along with students from the district’s Area Learning Center (ALC) and Transition Education Center (TEC) programs, shows a 91.6% four-year graduation rate for the class of 2024. This exceeds the state’s graduation rate by 7.4 percentage points.

The results, presented by Peter Leatherman from The Morris Leatherman Company at a School Board work session, highlight a strong sense of satisfaction and support from both district residents and parents.
