It is the policy of White Bear Lake Area Schools to maintain a positive learning and working environment that is free from religious, racial, or sexual harassment and violence. Employees and students must be able to carry out their responsibilities within a climate of mutual respect, support, trust, and safety.

Students: To report any violations of these policies, immediately contact:

• Any teacher

• Any building principal

• A school counselor or social worker

Employees: To report any violation of these policies, immediately contact:

• Your supervisor or principal

• District Human Rights Officer
